- Rice and Vegetables Fried:
- Soak brown rice or white rice or half portions of each in water for 4-6 hours
- Now boil it for half an hour until the rice cooks
- Cut vegetables and keep them aside
- Take a pan and put one teaspoon of oil in it
- Now add vegetables and; let them cook under a lid for 15-20 minutes.
- You may also add boiled vegetables
- Now add the rice to this pan and also flavor it with salt, pepper, lemon juice to taste
- Close the lid and let it cook for another 15 minutes.
- Brown or white rice pancakes:
- Soak rice overnight
- Blend them in a blender and put some yogurt (one teaspoon)
- Allow it to stand and keep the lid on
- Now after 2-3 hours it must have risen
- Make pancakes on a pan with very less oil
- Put fried vegetables on it
- Vegetable and rice pancake is ready.
